Report example / Six-person panel

Keep the count in context.

Did the collision substantially cause future loss of earning capacity?

Yes, qualified: 1 of 6
No: 5 of 6

The one yes voter accepted only a bounded response. One exercise with six participants; the result does not establish a likely verdict or accepted damages amount.

Report example / Stage-level answers

Review each stage of the presentation.

Incident injury after plaintiff: 8 of 8
First surgery after plaintiff: 6 of 8
Second surgery after plaintiff: 8 of 8
Injury proved, final form: 6 of 8

Causation counts across four different questions: 8 of 8, 6 of 8, 8 of 8, and 6 of 8 — Eight written records at each measured stage; only seven respondents can be matched across both stages. Different causation questions were asked. These are stage-level counts, not a paired change on the same question. Broad question wording and participant confusion limit interpretation.

Listen to the explanation

What participants said.

“The one piece of evidence I would like to see in full is the medical report from the first MRI.”

“Don’t throw shots at the attorney, just present your case.”

“The biggest issue is the causation of the wages.”
