ClearExhibit phone-readable deposition exhibits

ClearExhibit is a presenter-controlled approach to showing a full exhibit page or selected document detail on a witness’s phone. It is designed to reduce dependence on witness-controlled zooming during a remote examination while keeping the examining attorney in control of the page or detail view. Current public access is limited to supervised evaluation with sample, public, or properly redacted documents. It is not approved for confidential production use, and counsel remains responsible for the exhibit, record, and examination.
